Do you come to my location?

Yes! That's exactly what we do. We serve Jacksonville, FL and surrounding areas. Visits within 25 miles of our office have no travel fee; past that, it's $1.50 per mile.

How quickly do I get results?

Rapid drug screens provide results on-site. Lab-based tests such as blood draws depend on the processing lab, typically 24–72 hours.

Is testing confidential?

Absolutely. All testing is handled with strict confidentiality. Your privacy is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, ACH bank transfer, and cash. FSA/HSA cards are accepted for eligible services, like provider-ordered blood work. Every booking needs a deposit of 50% (up to $100) to hold your spot, or you can pay in full up front. Employer accounts can be invoiced. No personal checks.

Can businesses set up recurring testing?

Yes! We work with employers on DOT-compliant and Non-DOT random testing programs. See our partner and employer options.

What should I bring to my appointment?

• A government-issued photo ID or driver's license
• Your provider's order for blood or urine testing, if it wasn't faxed or emailed to us. We prefer to get orders before your appointment.
• Your current insurance card
• Any employer paperwork or chain-of-custody forms you were given
